This book contains tricks and tips to help rewire the mind, allowing you to live a happier life. It aids in changing your way of thinking.

Many people tend not to read or try to improve themselves due they see no way to get out of their situations. Which is incorrect. A person can change your life, but you must be willing to fight for that change and not give up. If you throw the towl in to early, you never see the results you want. I’ve never actually heard of this book before but it sounds like a great tool to begin rewiring your mind into a better place. There are times when we all find that we have backed ourselves into a corner and our lives aren’t going the way we wish. Surprisingly, changing the way we think often opens new doors and feelings that bring a new start and better long-term outcomes.

I never heard of it before until a few months ago. However, I am glad I came across it. It just takes one new thing to change your life. Either that by reading a book or taking a class.
It appears to be a great book on mindset. I will definitely get myself a copy! Daily gratitude and visualisation is part of my morning routine now after reading a similar type of book. Positive thinking is everything. I love to do 15-30 minutes every morning before my baby wakes up. Makes you start the day with a positive mindset.

It’s not easy to win the mind war, but it’s not supposed to be easy because if it were, we wouldn’t need to read books and stuff like that. I have read somewhere that we have 70,000 thoughts daily, and 90% of them are repetitive. This means that if we have negative thoughts every day, we will have the same mindset all the time. Do you think it’s possible to change those thoughts relatively quickly? If so, how long do you think it could take to see positive results after reading the book?

Wow, it’s impressive! I’ve always heard that everything you want and everything you have is a direct reflection of your spiritual state.
