I recall keeping a diary or journal when I was younger. This is where I would go when I needed friends or a way to express myself for the day. This made me feel great, full of love and light at the end of it all. That is because we are always dealing with some sort of problem in our lives. This can result in a great deal of stress, depression, and anxiety. Causing one’s health to deteriorate. However, journaling will benefit you in all aspects of life regardless of your age. So, why not try journaling with that? It will transform your life.
